I support youth, adults, women, and single parents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I help clients navigate academic stress, career decisions, and family dynamics with clarity and compassion.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from client-centered, attachment, humanistic, existential, as well as EBP practices to support your healing in a way that fits your unique needs. My approach blends comfort, curiosity, and empowerment, helping clients feel safe while exploring challenges and building resilience.
