My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I have always been passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and discover their own strength and resilience. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which has deepened my appreciation for the importance of personalized care.

I help clients identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic, then break them down into manageable steps. Together, we track progress, build practical coping skills, and address the underlying patterns that may be getting in the way so you can create lasting change and feel more confident moving forward.

Our first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, personal history, and goals for treatment, while also giving you space to ask questions and share what you're hoping to gain from the experience.
