Learn how cycles run our lives and how to break the cycle. Which cycle are you stuck in? The cycle of abuse, the cycle of addiction, the cycle of life. Together, we can tackle those fears that hold you back. My training is in TF-CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and EMDR.
