My goal is to teach new coping skills through CBT, DBT, and ACT to add to your toolkit and to use when you need to cope with difficult emotions or when you want to improve your relationships.
My approach
I use a variety of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to tailor the treatment to each client's specific needs and goals.
