Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I work with individuals, families, couples, and youth, supporting people through life's challenges and transitions.

My focus

I have worked with a diverse range of clients from very young children to seniors. However, the bulk of my work has been with people in transitional ages, from adolescence to early adulthood. I also specialize in working with parents and people becoming parents as they adapt to new circumstances in life.

My approach

While I work from an eclectic standpoint, utilizing therapeutic tools from multiple theories, my primary approach is Narrative Social Justice Therapy, which attempts to understand the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and expand them to fit our circumstances.
