My journey to mental healthcare

I started my love for mental health care while working as a paramedic, where I saw many people struggling with mental health and medical issues. I wanted to help with both. What drives me is my family and the desire to give people a space to speak freely, even if their voices shake.

Our first session

Expect the first session to be about getting to know one another, building rapport, and discussing your presenting concerns. We'll go over what it means to be in therapy, informed consent, safety, and confidentiality limits. We'll discuss issues, strengths, and support systems.
