We work together to determine an accurate diagnosis and create a treatment plan specific to your needs. This collaborative process may require multiple appointments to ensure we address your concerns thoroughly and effectively.

Our first session

Please fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions regarding your medical and mental health history. Working together to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is important. This may require multiple appointments.
