My communication style

My communication style is warm, attentive, and grounded in active listening. I ask thoughtful questions along the way to better understand my clients while creating an open, judgment-free space where they feel free to express themselves. I welcome moments of silence and pauses, especially during challenging conversations.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider because I saw how many people were seeking support and how difficult it can feel to find someone who is available to truly listen. I wanted to join a helping profession where I could walk alongside others and support them in creating meaningful change in their own lives.

My goals for you

I believe therapy works best when we work together. I’ll meet you where you are, listen to what matters most to you, and collaborate with you to identify goals that feel realistic and meaningful. As we learn and grow together, we can adjust our approach to support the changes you want to make in your life.

Our first session

Your first session is a comfortable space for you to feel heard and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what feels most important to you. We’ll also explore your preferred therapy style so we can create an approach that feels right for you.
