I would describe my communication style as, I am wise, warm, direct, curious, collaborative and emotionally attuned.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after having many years of therapy myself. My therapy helped me make many positive changes in my life that led me to pursue becoming a therapist myself. I really wanted to help others the way I was helped by going to therapy.

My goals for you

As a therapist, helping clients reach their goals is less about telling them what to do and more about helping them move from choice to action and change.

Our first session

The session starts with me gathering information about you and the issue that brought you to therapy. I also take a detailed history about you and the things that led to issue that needs to be resolved.
