Hi there, I'm Natalie!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. My approach is interactive and supportive, with the goal of helping you develop a stronger sense of well-being as we work together on specific clinical problems/issues. These issues include, but are not limited to, depression and anxiety, anger management, relationships, and other issues causing you distress.

My focus

I typically work with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, anger problems, relationship difficulties, and life changes.

My approach

I use an integrated approach to therapy and place emphasis on building a strong therapeutic rapport. My approach most heavily relies on cognitive behavioral and DBT theories. I also integrate existential and person-centered therapies.
