Hi there, I'm Naomi!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with individuals navigating life transitions and stressors, relationships, and trauma. Using somatic-based and mindfulness techniques and an eclectic blend of evidence-based talk therapy approaches I aim to support you in experiencing more of the good things in life and less of the bad.

My focus

My clients seek a warm, compassionate yet direct space to process and challenge their experiences without taking life too seriously. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, break unhelpful patterns, and practice new skills. I specialize in supporting young adults through trauma, transitions, identity, grief, and relationships.

My approach

My approach is flexible and depends on your needs, values, and goals. I'm rooted in attachment theory and like to incorporate creativity and mindfulness techniques with evidence-based talk therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Based Therapy.
