I primarily work with adults but have experience with clients of all ages, including those on the autism spectrum or with ADHD. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors in a nonjudgmental setting, helping you develop strategies that fit your goals, values, and lifestyle.

I draw from CBT to shift unhelpful thoughts, Motivational Interviewing to support change at your pace, and trauma-informed care to ensure a safe, respectful space. I also focus on your strengths, helping you build resilience and work toward your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began in social services and continued at the Department of Mental Health, where supporting others inspired me to help in deeper ways. I am committed to creating a supportive, encouraging space that helps people navigate challenges, build resilience, and make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

In your first session, you can expect some questions and assessments, but most importantly, I take the time to really listen to you. I understand that seeking support can take a lot of courage, and I deeply respect the step you've taken to come to therapy.
