My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with a deep interest in understanding why people do what they do, especially under pressure or in crisis. I worked in forensic psychology and ran intensive outpatient programs for chemical dependency, helping people rebuild their lives with honesty, structure, and compassion.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by first building clarity around what those goals truly are and why they matter. We explore what is bringing you to therapy and identify the patterns or obstacles holding you back. From there, I use practical, evidence-based approaches to break these challenges down.

Our first session

In our first session, we will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, what goals you want to achieve, and what patterns may be holding you back. I'll ask questions to get to know you while ensuring you feel comfortable and respected. Together, we'll begin building a clear plan for your therapy.
