I've had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds. My primary focus is helping adults navigate daily challenges, and I'm especially passionate about supporting prepartum and postpartum mothers, as well as those experiencing infertility.

My approach

My therapeutic style is personalized, using a variety of techniques to meet each client's unique needs. I often focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but also incorporate Solutions-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Behavioral Therapy, Family Structural Systems, and Psychodynamic methods.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was driven to become a therapist to help others improve their mental health. Since then, I have been motivated by the desire to help others improve their lives by arming them with the knowledge and skills to handle some of their most difficult experiences.
