Hi there, I'm Jaimee!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Sacramento, CA, and working with clients throughout California via telehealth. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults and specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, and family conflict.
My focus
In the time I have spent working with many different populations in therapy, I have always found myself gravitating towards children, teens, and young adults. I believe that young people have the capacity within themselves, especially with the right support, to find healing, strength, and growth, which can lead to a fulfilling life.
My approach
My approach to therapy is an individualized approach with each client, depending on current needs and preferences. I generally utilize a Person-Centered approach, with the underlying belief that each individual has the capacity and desire for personal growth within themselves.
