I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), credentialed school psychologist, and school counselor with over 10 years of experience. I am deeply committed to walking alongside clients through life’s challenges, offering a safe, caring, and client-centered space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold.
My focus
I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I provide parental consultation and education, and when needed, family counseling. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, and trauma.
My approach
Using a CBT and person-centered approach, I help clients build healthier thought patterns, explore their values and goals, and express themselves creatively in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. Working with children and adolescents, I encourage parental involvement and, when meaningful to the client, I integrate a Christian perspective.
