My journey to mental healthcare

I became a licensed clinical social worker in 2020 after more than 20 years of direct experience in advocacy, treatment, and care across a range of settings. My work in trauma, substance use, and forensic environments shaped a deep respect for resilience and informed my commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed practice.

My goals for you

I help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational clarity. In a supportive space, we explore patterns, process experiences, and practice new ways of engaging. My goal is for clients to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in daily life.
