I am a Licensed Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and a Master's degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them make positive changes by meeting the clients where they are and utilizing client-centered and integrative approaches.
My focus
I love working with diverse clients from diverse backgrounds who are dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, and life-changing difficulties. As a Korean immigrant myself, I have great knowledge and experience in working with Asian/Asian Americans, People of Color, and immigrants.
My approach
I use an integrative approach drawing from client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, relational, psychodynamic, systems, and other approaches to meet the client's specific needs.
