Hi there, I'm Teresa!

I have a history of working in community rehabilitation, helping support individuals with psychotic and mood disorders. I focus my practice on anxiety, depression, mood management, general stress, and the ability to manage general coping from day to day.

I work with a variety of different clients. Anxiety, depression, mood instability, and bipolar diagnoses are the most common.

My approach

I provide a client-based approach, and I individualize my approaches based on what my client needs. Primarily, I focus on solution-focused, CBT, DBT, and Strength-Based approaches.

My communication style

I try to be fairly flexible and provide a warm approach to help support clients. I can be more direct with setting boundaries and providing motivation to improve on mental health goals.

I became a therapist to help people learn ways to come out of the dark places we all sometimes get in.
