My communication style is calm, supportive, and approachable. I strive to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable sharing openly. I take pride in listening with empathy and without judgment, making sure you feel heard and respected throughout our work together.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a therapist because I’ve always felt a deep calling to support others through life’s challenges. Whether working in a hospital setting or simply being a trusted, loyal friend, I’ve consistently been drawn to helping people navigate difficult moments. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about witnessing individuals grow.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is collaborative and client-centered. We begin by building a foundation of trust and helping you feel comfortable with the therapy process. From there, we’ll work together to clarify what you’d like to achieve and develop meaningful goals that reflect your needs.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll focus on how you’ve been feeling lately and begin exploring some of the factors that may be contributing to those feelings. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but more importantly, we’ll start building a connection and establishing a foundation for our work together.
