My communication style
I strive to provide an empathic, genuine & warm environment for my clients in an effort to put them at ease so they feel free to share what brought them to therapy.
My goals for you
In the initial session I ask clients what treatment goals they would like to work on while in therapy. I may also make other suggestions of treatment goals based on the information that was shared during the first session.
My first session with you
During the first session I spend much of my time getting to know the client by asking a number of questions. Together we work on developing a treatment plan for meeting their goals for therapy. I end the session answering any questions they may have & setting up their next few appointments.
