My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building trust and connection. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful tool for healing, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

My original passion for working with children led me to discover a love of supporting entire families and individual adults. As a woman, I'm especially motivated to create safe spaces where women feel understood and empowered to build the life they truly want and deserve.

Whether we’re addressing daily challenges, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics or trauma, my focus is on helping you feel empowered, grounded, and supported every step of the way.

I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where emotions and experiences are met with empathy and respect.
