I strive to establish a positive therapeutic environment that is client-centered, safe, and nonjudgmental—a space where you feel supported. I provide trauma-informed care and work with individuals facing a wide range of life challenges.

My focus

I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Those whom I have served have suffered from chronic pain, chronic illness, post-partum depression, diversity issues, and trauma, as well as those in need of crisis support and community resourcing.

My approach

I employ a strength-based and solution-focused approach while integrating various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, self-empowerment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), skill-building interventions, psychoeducation, and narrative theory.

My communication style is empathetic, warm, and nonjudgmental. During sessions, I focus on being present with you and creating a space where you feel seen and heard.
