As your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you develop healthier coping strategies to manage everyday challenges and stressors that come with life.
My focus
I primarily work with adults who are dealing with depression and anxiety, or individuals who are experiencing an increase in difficult emotions and would like guidance and support in making sense of their experience.
My approach
In my therapy sessions, I utilize many different approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and other theoretical approaches.
