My communication style

As we work together, you will find that my communication approach focuses on having clear, honest and collaborative, and constructive conversations. My goal is to create an open and safe space for you to share challenges and not feel judged.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I wanted to be a part of someone's journey to growth. Wanting to be someone who could offer a place to share and talk through challenges without judgment and feel truly heard. This is true in my work with youth, families, and individuals.

My goals for you

Collaboration is very important to me, and when we work together, your voice in creating a plan that best meets your needs will be my priority. As we continue to work together, we will check in on your progress and update the plan to ensure we are focused on your continued growth and what you want to accomplish.

Our first session

In our first session, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other a bit more. Learn some of your history and what brings you to therapy. I am here to guide you and support you through the process and our work together. We will continue to build trust and connection as we continue to work towards your goals.
