I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in San Bernardino County. Using the telehealth platform, I now have the opportunity to serve consumers throughout the state of California. I take a strengths-based and client-centered approach, and I am incredibly grateful to be able to serve others.
My focus
My focus in therapy is to help others alleviate suffering and find solutions to manage problems. I find great joy in helping adults navigate relational problems, life stressors, and transitions. I also help people manage anxiety and depression by processing trauma and teaching coping skills.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach in therapy with a variety of theoretical orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology, Narrative, and Mindfulness techniques. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
