Hi there, I'm Anna!

I am a Psychotherapist with a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Certified Bikram Yoga Teacher. I have become known for my multi-modality technique in Evidence-Based Practices. My approach is empathetic and unique. The application engages each practitioner in coping skills that cater to the mind-body connection.

My practice works with all ages and caters to mindfulness, distress tolerance, and radical acceptance. My practice works with substance abuse, teen complications, and symptoms of depression and anxiety.

The approach I apply is Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I use an empathetic approach that caters to each client individually. It feels at home and comfortable in the session.

My journey to mental healthcare

The first degree obtained was in Industrial Organizational Psychology; it did not feel interpersonal enough, for future education and practice led to a License in Marriage and Family Therapy

The treatment plan will be created at the forefront of each session. There will be measurable goals that cater to the sessions and the client.

There will be a full description of the knowledge, training, and experience of practice. In addition, the criteria of confidentiality and then questions about the experience of the Client's history with therapy.
