I offer supportive mental health services to people who are experiencing emotional struggles, want to work on self-growth, or are experiencing a challenge they are seeking support to navigate. My goal is to collaborate with each person to identify their goals and guide them on their journey to improve their quality of life.
My approach
My approach is to offer a client-centered, non-judgmental environment where the person can openly express what they are experiencing, process, explore, gain insight, and build the skills needed to achieve their goals. I work using various modalities to meet individual needs, meeting the person at the current stage in life where they are, and going from there.

I specialize in helping individuals with issues including anxiety, codependency, coping skills, depression, divorce, family conflict, job stress, life changes/transitions, marital/pre-marital issues, anxiety/panic attacks, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, stress, women's issues, ADHD, behavioral issues.

I aim to create an open, supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable expressing themselves. My communication style is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, gently challenging, as I guide them on their growth journey.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, located in Riverside, CA, in 2017. Prior to that, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, from California State University, San Bernardino. This education, as well as ongoing training, and years of experience, have provided me with the foundation to offer supportive counseling services to help people improve their emotional well-being and quality of life.

My first session with you
In our first session together, my priority will be to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to share your story and further identify what you hope to gain from therapy. We'll discuss your current challenges, relevant history, and collaborate to identify your unique goals. This will give us a foundation to tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs as we begin working together.
