I work with individuals facing relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, loss, grief, and life transitions like marriage, divorce, new parenthood, or career changes. I also work with students entering the field and enjoy supporting people who have the courage for self-growth.

I ask what you want and what's the best fit for you. After assessment, we figure out a path to improve your quality of life. I use an eclectic approach depending on your goals, drawing from Psychodynamic theory, Self-Psychology, Attachment theory, Solution-Focused therapy, Object Relations, and CBT.

I am calm, a good listener, and focused on your needs. My goal is to build rapport and a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust and unconditional support. I ask for feedback to ensure you're comfortable and therapy is helpful. We work together towards your desired outcome.

My journey to mental healthcare

As long as I can remember, I've been a helper—a big sister, mediator, peacemaker. Helping others brought incredible joy, and I realized I offer something invaluable to better people's lives. I knew this was my journey.
