I believe clients intuitively have their own answers, and I work to help clients find their truth. I work compassionately and can be directive with my clients.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been interested in the therapeutic process and initially was a certified drug and alcohol counselor. I eventually pursued my master's in clinical psychology. I am passionate about helping individuals develop a healing relationship with their issues.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and create a path forward. Together we explore what healing looks like for you and develop practical strategies to support your growth and recovery.

Our first session

My initial session is usually a time to get to know the client and for the client to get to know me. I'd like to know what is bringing the client into therapy, and if the client has done therapy before, what was their experience before.
