I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals with diverse needs. I have experience working with all ages, from adults to teenagers and children. I commonly work with symptoms and needs such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction issues, but I am open to working with most clients who desire to move towards positive growth.

I work from a Person-Centered foundation utilizing approaches and interventions such as Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My communication style is empathetic, warm, and direct, in order to provide safety as well as challenge when appropriate to facilitate insight, change, and growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began studying Psychology when I was young in college to explore the dynamics of the human experience and my own mind and experience. I later realized, when working with people with mental health challenges for some time, that I have a strength in working directly to support people empathetically.
