My communication style is calm, understanding, and open-minded without judgment, so clients feel comfortable and feel like they have a safe space.

My journey to mental healthcare

I always knew I wanted to help children and adolescents. This population is vulnerable and still figuring things out. I want to be that guide and support. I had my own struggles growing up, and that experience allows me to empathize and build connection.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting with clients is collaborating to identify the things that the client would like or need to work on during sessions. I try to build that trust with the client and work together on the goals, allowing you to process things, look at the progress, and make any needed changes throughout the sessions.

Our first session

In our first session together, I will try to get to know you better and talk about how you have been feeling lately. I try to see what you like to do and build a rapport with you. I like to get to know the person before assuming what will work for you because everyone is different.
