My focus and expertise are to work with older adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal relationships with others. My focus is to provide you with tools and coping skills to better manage life situations.
My approach
My approach is to use psychodynamic techniques. I integrate other therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I tailor my therapeutic approaches to everyone who best fit their therapeutic needs.
