I have worked in communities throughout my career in a variety of settings and areas, but my focus is working in the area of Mental Health.

My focus

I love the mental health field and have worked in this area for over 25 years. While I love working with each of my clients who brings an individual experience to work through, I especially love working in the area of depression, anxiety, and codependency.

My approach

My approach is eclectic. I am very client-centered and aim to find out what got us to this point by using approaches like Psychodynamic, CBT, and Narrative Theory while focusing on clients' strengths.

I strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment and communication style.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love the work I do. Working with people and being able to provide a service that benefits someone is a passion I have always had. I feel that I am doing exactly what I was meant to do.

While the first session is an introduction for both of us, followed by an assessment, future sessions will be more like a conversation with someone you know and are comfortable with.
