I am passionate about making strong human connections and creating a safe place for growth and change. My approach is client-centered and strength-based. I believe we face difficulties and are capable of overcoming them. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you become your best self.

I have treated families, individuals, and adolescents. I am comfortable treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic pain, gender issues, trauma, phases of life, work stress, relationship issues, opposition issues in adolescence, parenting, and prenatal/postnatal care.
My approach
My approach to therapy is, most importantly, focused on creating a safe and secure relationship with my clients. I work towards achieving this while utilizing strength-based therapy, CBT, solution-focused therapy, DBT, behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. The most important aspect of my work is making supportive human connections.
