Clients who tend to work with me have a desire to stop feeling so stuck and bogged down by personal experiences, including trauma. We build resources to support you during and between sessions. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and we work together, modifying as needed along the way.

Through my life & work experiences & travels in diverse communities around the world, I have developed a creative & culturally sensitive approach to my practice. I also have lived experience with many of the areas I focus on in my practice & therefore have a deeply felt understanding of how difficult they can be.
