I like to create a space for my clients that fosters respect and understanding as well as support and accountability. Working with me will feel empowering and motivating.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to be a therapist since I was young. I was inspired by my grandmother, who is a psychologist. I was a peer counselor in high school and have worked in some form of mental health care. I am inspired by helping people find strength when they feel they cannot.

My goals for you

Treatment goals are client-driven and frequently reassessed to maintain optimal results.

Our first session

In the first session, I will review basic policies, gather information to assess what we will be working on, and allow my clients to get a feel for whether we are a good fit. I will review the stages of therapy and what to expect from future sessions, as well as my style of therapy and how we will approach your concerns.
