I am a bilingual, first-generation Latina therapist passionate about supporting individuals from marginalized communities. I specialize in working with BIPOC clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the challenges of being first-generation. I specialize in supporting BIPOC adult clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, family and relational challenges, as well as emotional and generational trauma. My approach is rooted in compassion, and I am dedicated to helping clients build resilience, heal from past wounds, and thrive in their personal, relational, and professional lives.

I take an integrative, client-centered approach grounded in the belief that the body can heal by aligning mind, body, and soul. I recognize that systemic oppression impacts mental health, and I create space to acknowledge these realities. Through EMDR therapy, I guide you toward healing, self-compassion, and balance.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to encourage our communities to challenge cultural stigma around mental health and use it as a tool for healing and liberation. My goal is to make therapy more accessible and create a space where you can sit across from someone who looks like you and relates to your experiences.
