I have worked in a large array of settings treating various conditions, which include but are not limited to depression, mania, bipolar, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, addiction, abuse, trauma, and eating disorders.
My approach
I have a humanistic Rogerian approach that utilizes Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention, Humanistic, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based forms of therapy.
