As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, I am here to help empower you and your family to live the best life possible. Together, we will work on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your goals and establish a plan that suits your needs.

My approach

I utilize an eclectic range of modalities including Attachment Based, Relational, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused, Positive Parenting, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic Therapy that I am able to pull from to tailor to your needs. No matter how overwhelmed you feel, change is always possible.

My focus

Through my years of practice, I have worked with all ages from birth through adulthood. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ2S+ community and families. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship discord, parenting, and work-related stress.

In our work together, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach. I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. Open and honest communication is key to our therapeutic relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I pursued a career in mental healthcare after obtaining my Masters in Social Work, driven by a deep desire to help others navigate life's challenges. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have honed my skills in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

My goal is to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and build resilience to face life's obstacles with confidence. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues, I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
