Through my years of practice, I have worked with all ages from birth through adulthood. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ2S+ community and families. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship discord, parenting, and work-related stress.

I utilize an eclectic range of modalities, including Attachment-Based, Relational, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused, Positive Parenting, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic Therapy, that I am able to pull from to tailor to your needs.
