I am eclectic and open-minded. I work with women's issues, domestic violence, childhood trauma, men's relationship issues, the Adult Children of Alcoholics population, scapegoating in families, veterans' issues, and chronic illness.
My focus
I typically work with clients with anxiety disorders and depression. I work well with adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families, childhood trauma, and relationship challenges. My clients expect to learn coping techniques to manage emotions, CBT techniques, and how to improve relationships by establishing healthy boundaries.
My approach
When working with clients I use a holistic approach with solution focus and CBT techniques. My common theoretical approaches are eclectic therapy, client-centered, and Emotional focused therapy.
