I am a licensed therapist with a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Baroda. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing challenges with depression and anxiety, helping them find purpose and achieve their life goals.

My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with holistic modalities. I believe in providing client-centered, compassionate care that is culturally sensitive and solution-focused.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals, particularly youngsters, to help them build coping skills, improve self-esteem, and navigate life transitions. My areas of focus include anger management, career counseling, and managing emotional disturbances.
My communication style
My communication style is warm, empathetic, and focused on motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based techniques. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express themselves.
My journey to mental healthcare
I was drawn to the mental health field through my own journey of personal growth and desire to help others lead more fulfilling lives. Obtaining my MSSW from the University of Baroda provided me with a strong foundation in social work principles and clinical skills.

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaborate on identifying your unique goals and needs.
