My focus

I have collaborated with those in recovery from disorders such as Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar I & II, Generalized Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment, Separation, Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity, and interpersonal issues.

My approach

I am a person-centered therapist who understands the client is the expert in their experiences while incorporating motivational interviewing, solution-focused, EFT, CBT, DBT, ACT, and IPT into treatment.

Our first session

The first session is an introductory session in which I will introduce myself and answer any questions about myself or therapy. We will discuss consent paperwork and the limits of confidentiality. I will gather biopsychosocial information and collaboratively create a treatment plan.
