My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to supporting people through difficult moments and helping them feel seen and understood. Over time, I realized how powerful it can be when someone has a safe space to process their experiences, so I pursued a degree that allowed me to turn that passion into meaningful work.
