I enjoy supporting my clients to live a happier and more fulfilling life by overcoming obstacles and hurdles.

My focus

I work with a wide variety of clients, mostly aged 18-40. I have worked in inpatient settings treating severe substance use and mental health concerns.

My approach

I use a person-centered focus. I prescribe several different modalities since each client may need a different approach to meet their needs.

My communication style

I am a great listener and also here to make sure you feel heard. I will help you reach conclusions without directly giving advice; I like to ask questions that help you arrive at a solution that will be best for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been a helper for as long as I can remember. My true passion is being able to support people through their life journeys. The thing that brings me the most joy is being of service to others.

My goals for you

I like clients to be able to set their own goals to make them realistic and attainable. We then focus on strategies or microgoals as steps to reach bigger-picture goals.
