I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, PTSD, and self-harming behaviors. My goal is to guide you toward healing in all aspects of your life—mental, emotional, professional, relational, personal, physical, and spiritual.
My approach
My primary therapeutic approaches include aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Logotherapy. We will examine and shift any unhelpful patterns of thinking or behavior that might be hindering your progress or well-being. Together, we can build resilience in the face of life's inevitable stress and struggles.
