I utilize a variety of approaches based on individual client needs, and my primary focus areas of practice are with children/adolescents with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Parent-Child Attachment concerns.

My focus

I typically work with ages 12-21 years old, as well as providing support and strategies to parents and caregivers for children and adolescents.

My approach

In terms of theoretical approaches, I am eclectic. I can find benefit and therapeutic value in a variety of approaches, including but not limited to client-centered/Rogerian, CBT, positive psychology, mindfulness-based, and humanistic.
