My focus

I work with young children, teens, and older adults from all walks of life. I specialize in treating addiction, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, child abuse, depression, eating disorders, family conflict, gender identity, grief, OCD, PTSD, relationship issues, and women's issues.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach because one modality won't work for everyone. My toolkit includes Art Therapy, Attachment-based work, CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Mindfulness-Based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and Trauma Focused techniques.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping others grow and become more self-aware was ignited through service. As a multiracial individual, I understand differences between cultures. I consider myself culturally competent, but also view learning about cultural differences as a continuous journey I look forward to.
