My goal is to help you feel more in control, confident in your decisions, and connected to the best version of yourself.

I work with women experiencing anxiety, postpartum depression, low self-esteem, or challenges with boundaries and codependency. Many struggle with people-pleasing, conflict communication, or trusting themselves. I help women recognize unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.

My approach combines solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and person-centered care. I also encourage holistic practices like movement, spirituality, and self-care to support growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist began when I experienced firsthand the impact of having a supportive therapist during my own teenage years. What inspires me most is witnessing clients reinvent themselves, leave unhealthy patterns behind, and step into happier, more confident versions of themselves.

My goals for you

I help clients set meaningful goals by developing a game plan for where they'd like to be in the coming months. Together, we track progress through behaviors, emotions, and self-reflection exercises, while sometimes using homework outside of the session. My focus is always on helping clients build confidence, energy, and self-trust.

I'll explain the process and help ease any nerves—it's normal to feel unsure about opening up, and I'll guide you at a pace that feels safe.
