My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a provider grew out of a deep commitment to supporting people during their most overwhelming and vulnerable moments. Over the years, I’ve met individuals and families facing crisis without knowing where to turn, and those experiences shaped my belief that no one should have to navigate pain or fear alone.

My goals for you

I help patients set treatment goals by first understanding what feels important to them in the moment. We work together to break those needs into small, realistic steps that feel achievable. My role is to guide the process gently—checking in regularly, helping you notice progress, and adjusting goals as your situation or emotional needs shift.

Our first session

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brought you in today. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing and what you need to feel safe and supported in the moment. Together, will discuss what you’d like to work on, and create a plan for next steps so you leave the session with clarity and support.
